Bravest Bull
Our collaboration with downtown Beaufort's Old Bull Tavern. We took our American Whiskey and infused it with real Ginger root. At 120 proof, it is full of flavor and is fantastic in cocktails or a large ice cube. Try it at RLB starting on October 14, 2023. Bottles are for sale at RLB and South Carolina liquor stores, and try the cocktail specials at Old Bull Tavern.

King Tide Vodka
King Tide Vodka is made from a 100% corn mash bill. A rising tide raises all equally and "King Tides" are the highest tides of the year. At 90 proof, it runs a little higher proof than most brands you’ll find on the shelf, without sacrificing the drinkability and mildness that you love about vodka.

Saint Helena 'Shine
Saint Helena 'Shine is a 100% corn whiskey named after the beautiful island of Saint Helena in Beaufort, South Carolina. A straight corn whiskey with no sugar in the mash bill. It is 80 proof, rather than the 100 proof of most commercially-sold unflavored moonshine, which brings out the sweet corn flavor.

Coosa Cut Bourbon
Named after a local boat thoroughfare, all our Coosa Cut bourbon is aged over two years in the barrel. You will find a rich set of flavor notes in the glass from the sweet corn, the pepper of the rye, and the smoothness of the malted barley. One might find notes of vanilla and banana, with a wonderful caramel flavor coming out once a bit of water is added to your glass.
We opened our first batch of 100% Beaufort made, distilled and bottled Coosa Cut Bourbon on September 5, 2022.

Boundary Street Rum
Boundary Street Rum is a delicious American rum made from organic molasses and evaporated cane juice. We distilled it with the intent of pulling those natural flavors through. A smooth 80 proof, it has a rich sugar cane flavor that can be enjoyed on the rocks or added to your favorite cocktail.

Spanish Moss Gin
Spanish Moss Gin is a citrusy gin, with notes from the lemon, chamomile, and angelica root. The name was chosen through an online contest and brings to mind our beautiful area. The gin is made from our vodka at 100 proof, then re-distilled with the botanicals.

Special 1569 Rum
We took our Boundary Street Rum and aged it in a new American White Oak toasted and charred barrel (the same we use for our Bourbon) for at least one year. This adds an additional flavor layer to our American rum made from organic molasses and evaporated cane juice. At 80 proof, it has a rich sugar cane flavor with the additional oak and caramel notes. This is a fantastic addition to your favorite cocktail.

HMEJM American Whiskey
His Madness EJ McCole American Whiskey is made from a mix of Malted Barley and Unmalted Barley, and has aged in our used Bourbon barrel for at least one year. This spirit has many stories with it, including the reason for the name (check out our Blog post) and an interesting letter we received regarding its origin. This is available in the Distillery only, so you can ask about these when you take a Tour.
