  • What are the differences in your Tastings Tours?
All Tasting Tours (including Designated Driver and Under 21yo) include a Tour of the Distillery. You will be guided by one of our Brand Ambassadors. You will learn about our process with a walk through the Distillery. We take you from grinding our own grain, through fermenting and distilling to bottling. We encourage questions and want you to look around. You will learn a bit about the history of each spirit that we make. The Full Tour includes our standard spirits of St. Helena 'Shine, King Tide Vodka, Boundary Street Rum, Spanish Moss Gin and Coosa Cut Bourbon. Additional limited quantity spirits, such as the His Madness EJ McCole AMERICAN Whiskey and the Special 1569 Rum, will also be sampled when available. The Full-Tour also includes a free Shot Glass. The Mini- Tour is for those who would only like to sample 3 of our spirits. You get to chose which ones you want to try. This is handy for those of you who tend not to drink much but want to give our spirits a try. The Single Shot tour is one shot of one spirit of your choice. This is good for trying one of our new spirits, or having one you already like mixed with a soda or other mixer. Reservations can be made on our Booking page.
  • How long does the Tasting Tour take?
We ask that you allow 30-40 minutes for your Tasting Tour. The time varies depending on the number of questions asked and number of participants.
  • Are you Handicap Accessible?
Yes! Our retail area, Distillery and restroom is wheelchair and handicap accessible.
  • Are kids allowed?
By law, all participants Tasting spirits on our Tours must be at least 21 years old. A valid photo ID must be shown to be served spirits. Anyone under 21 years old may accompany the Tour but will not be served spirits. We also have a bench in the retail area for people to sit. Children must not be left unattended.
  • What if I don’t drink alcohol but am interested in seeing the Distillery process?
Tours of the facility are available regardless if you chose to drink. We want everyone to be comfortable here.
  • Do you have food? Can I bring my own?
We do not currently have food for sale, but participants may bring in their own food on a Tasting Tour.
  • Are pets allowed?
Dogs on leashes are welcome (and encouraged). Pet owners must recognize that we are a manufacturing facility and are not responsible for anything your pet finds on our floor. We do have a Distillery cat, named Juniper, but she is not in the main area when we are open (unless participants want to pet her).
  • I heard I can bottle my own bottle?
We offer Tour participants the option to Bottle Your Own bottle of the spirit we have in our filling tank. There is no additional charge for this. We also have stickers you can place on it to show you did it yourself. This is a great idea for a gift or special occasion.
