What are the differences in your Tastings Tours? All Tasting Tours (including Designated Driver and Under 21yo) include a Tour of the Distillery. You will be guided by one of our Brand Ambassadors. You will learn about our process with a walk through the Distillery. We take you from grinding our own grain, through fermenting and distilling to bottling. We encourage questions and want you to look around. You will learn a bit about the history of each spirit that we make. The Full Tour includes our standard spirits of St. Helena 'Shine, King Tide Vodka, Boundary Street Rum, Spanish Moss Gin and Coosa Cut Bourbon. Additional limited quantity spirits, such as the His Madness EJ McCole AMERICAN Whiskey and the Special 1569 Rum, will also be sampled when available. The Full-Tour also includes a free Shot Glass. The Mini- Tour is for those who would only like to sample 3 of our spirits. You get to chose which ones you want to try. This is handy for those of you who tend not to drink much but want to give our spirits a try. The Single Shot tour is one shot of one spirit of your choice. This is good for trying one of our new spirits, or having one you already like mixed with a soda or other mixer. Reservations can be made on our Booking page.
