New options for Tastings

After 5 years, we are changing things up a bit in the Tasting Room.

First of all, have you seen the new bar?? Brian worked hard on this and it is a beautiful new addition to our Tasting. Room.

Second, and most of all, are our new Spirit Flights and Cocktail Flights. When we first opened, we had Moonshine and Vodka. Then we added Bourbon. As we added each spirit, our Tasting Tours increased. Now with 9 products available, and more to come, we wanted to add some different options. Also, we have heard from visitors that the 6 on our main tour was too many. So, we put our heads together and came up with some options with the spirits grouped by type.

We also noticed that our single Cocktail tastings have been growing in popularity. They are good for those of us who don't tend to drink spirits straight, and also for people who have been on our Tour before and want to just have a pre-dinner or after shopping cocktail. To build on this, we are now offering Cocktail Flights, 3 slightly smaller cocktails that cover a variety of tastes. These cocktails will change as we figure out what you are looking to try. Suggestions are welcome!
